This policy explains what personal data Manioc ("we", "us") collects when you use manioc.online and the Manioc application, and how we handle it. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law.

1. Who is responsible

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, phone number, company details, billing information.
• Content you store — contacts, deal records, notes, invoices and documents you upload. You are the controller of this data; we process it only to provide the service.
• Usage data — log data, device and browser information, pages visited, collected to keep the service secure and improve it.

3. Why we process it

• To provide and operate the service (performance of contract).
• To bill subscriptions and meet accounting obligations (legal obligation).
• To secure the platform and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
• To send product updates you can opt out of at any time (consent / legitimate interest).

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors needed to run the service (hosting, payments, email delivery), under data-processing agreements, and where required by law.

5. Retention

Account data is kept for the life of the account and deleted or anonymised within 90 days of closure, except where law requires longer retention (e.g. invoices).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to certain processing. Write to privacy@manioc.online. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

We use strictly necessary cookies for login and security. Any optional analytics cookies are set only with your consent.
