1. The agreement
These terms govern your use of the Manioc application and website (manioc.online), operated from 85 Impasse des Ardennes, 83520 Roquebrune-sur-Argens, France (VAT FR47907605182). By creating an account you accept them.
2. The service
Manioc provides software for managing property deal pipelines, follow-up communication, renovation budgets and related records. Manioc is a software tool only: it does not provide financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and figures produced by the application (offer ceilings, margins, projections) are estimates based on the data you enter.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 and using the service for business purposes.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Trial accounts convert to paid only if you subscribe. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT where applicable.
5. Your data
Content you store in Manioc remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to host and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to store the contact data you import, including compliance with applicable marketing and data-protection rules when sending messages through the service.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Manioc to send spam or unlawful communications, to store illegal content, to attempt to breach the security of the platform, or to resell the service without written agreement.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can export your data at any time before closure.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
